LivePrint - printing via internet


The LivePrint software can be summarized in direct printouts of labels/documents via internet for PC/Server running Windows.


LivePrint is available in two editions.

LivePrint receives print files and prints according to the users preferences.

LivePrint Pro is able to:

  • Import local files
  • Transmit files to a server for handling
  • Receive print files.
  • Printing can also be made through a website

The LivePrint Family also contains the applications LivePrint Watcher (LPW) and LivePrint Pro Watcher (LPPW). These applications will watch and handle the files. LPW searches for print data using a ”mailbox-function”. LPPW has, in addition, a filewatch function which is able to import files from business systems.

Print files are sent from the server containing information. This information tells the application numerous things, for example: the files destination, user and what kind of document/label the file has etc. Right now printouts can be made with Zebra label printers with ZPL, but also EPL. Printouts are also available via using Windows-drivers. Users can also include alot of common formats, such as PDF, Word-documents and a few more with the print file.
